Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examinethe use of some selected condiments to create the awareness of the impact on skin to ensure skin beautyand health. Therefore, this study examined the nature of the skin and types of skin. In addition, the following condiments were examined. Honey, Turmeric, Lemon, Coconut oil and Egg, stating their impact on the skin in ensuring skin beauty. From the above the following recommendations were made proper and adequate attention should be given to the skin; noting the chemical and nutritional compositions of condiments, they are better in ensuring skincare than other chemical components; andindividuals should as a matter of necessity in order to ensure the longevity of body cells, should imbibethe habit of regular use of condiments.
